The breakfast offered many options. I appreciated the freshly made pancakes. Kids eat free with paying adults, beneficial for my family. The staff in the restaurant were excellent , always attentive to our needs.
The air conditioning hadn't been turned on. I was told to open a window. The opening mechanism was broken and the window was fogged over.

The gym was undergoing maintenance, so it was closed for my entire stay. This was a big disappointment. The room felt a bit dated and could use some updating. I also found the housekeeping service to be inconsistent, with only towel changes on one day instead of a full cleaning.
