Solid Hotel Experience
breakfast option fresh pancake excellent staff
The breakfast offered many options. I appreciated the freshly made pancakes. Kids eat free with paying adults, beneficial for my family. The staff in the restaurant were excellent , always attentive to our needs.
The air conditioning hadn't been turned on. I was told to open a window. The opening mechanism was broken and the window was fogged over.

The pool was very useful for relaxation. USB charging points were conveniently located. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use to maintain workout routines.

the breakfast had a great variety of options available.
i found the room we were assigned did not reflect the quality i booked online. the staff seemed used to dealing with complaints and it took speaking with a manager to move rooms.

the family room was well renovated providing a modern space. i appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay. the staff at the front desk were personable, offering assistance whenever needed. the location near public transport made exploring simple.
