Solid Hotel Experience
breakfast option fresh pancake excellent staff
The breakfast offered many options. I appreciated the freshly made pancakes. Kids eat free with paying adults, beneficial for my family. The staff in the restaurant were excellent , always attentive to our needs.
The air conditioning hadn't been turned on. I was told to open a window. The opening mechanism was broken and the window was fogged over.

The pool was very useful for relaxation. USB charging points were conveniently located. The gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes for guest use to maintain workout routines.

The hotel is near the train station Sete Rios making travel easy. A metro station is within walking distance. Bolt taxi services are also a cheaper option for family transportation within the area.

The reception remained open despite my late arrival. The staff assisted me efficiently with check-in. I could leave my suitcase in the luggage storage before check-in to explore the city without carrying bags.
